Chief Executive Officer
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building with a Diploma in Management Studies, Paul has 35+ years of experience in construction and insurance, delivering customer focussed solutions across Europe and the UK. He led the MBO of MA Group in 2008.
Chief Operating Officer
A talented operations manager, Jorge is a Six Sigma Green Belt with a Diploma in Management and Leadership. He was a member of the MBO management team in 2008 and has been instrumental in the successful growth and development of MA Group.
Finance & Strategy Director
Teresa trained as a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from London Business School. She is a versatile businesswoman with 30+ years of business experience including senior finance and strategic roles in FTSE 100 groups. She joined MA Group in 2009.
Non-Executive Digital & IT Director
Chris has 30+ years of experience in providing digital solutions to the insurance claims industry. As founder of Adactus Ltd he delivered customised web and mobile based solutions for a wide range of eBusiness and eCommerce sectors.
Chief Commercial Officer
James has held a number of senior management and board level roles in the construction insurance sector over the past 20 years, joining MA Group in late 2017 to establish NHCC. He is a strong entrepreneurial professional with an MBA.
Client Development Director
Haley has 25+ years of experience in the disaster restoration industry focusing on client development and sales. She is well known and respected throughout the industry and is passionate about customer service and ESG. Haley joined MA Group in 2022.
Supply Chain Director
Melissa has been with MA Group for 20+ years. She was an Account Manager for 13 years, Client Director for 2+ years, before moving to Supply Chain Director. She is Cert CII qualified and has a Certificate in Account Management.
Revival Divisional Director
David has worked in the disaster restoration industry for six years, and was Franchise Recruitment Manager for Rainbow before joining MA Group. He helps ensure that Revival delivers exceptional performance for stake holders, clients and network partners.
Virtus Divisional Director
A Chartered Building Engineer with 20+ years’ of experience across the house building and structural warranty industries. She helps ensure that Virtus and its surveyors delivers exceptional performance for customers and clients.
Head of Supply Chain
Marc joined MA Group in Feb 2010, starting in the control centre operation where he achieved his CII Certificate before moving into the supply chain team in 2015. He has over six years of experience as a Supplier Performance Manager and is now Head of Supply Chain.
Head of Technical, Large, Complex
Roy has 35+ years of experience in the construction industry delivering front line services and partnerships. A member of the RICS with an Executive Diploma in Management, he is also a former Board Director of Local Authority Building Control.
Head of Group Quality
Poppy joined MA Group in 2009. She has a BA Hons degree in Business Management and has gained the CII qualification. Her 11+ years of experience within the property insurance industry include 5 years spent working for a building contractor.
Health, Safety and Technical Manager
Geof has 18+ years of experience in construction management. He is a technical member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health, has multiple NEBOSH qualifications and has completed the CITB’s Site Management Safety Training Scheme.
Executive P.A.
Sally-Ann is educated to degree level and has worked at executive level in FMCG and hospitality for many years. She organises a plethora of activities and events for the management team, clients, suppliers and staff. She joined MA Group in 2015.
