Kevin has spent 40+ years in senior positions within financial services and was Group GI Executive of LV= for 15 years. He set up his own consultancy firm in 2006 and has worked with the MA Group since 2013. He was a long-standing member of the CMI.

Chris has 30+ years of experience in providing digital solutions to the insurance claims industry. As founder of Adactus Ltd he delivered customised web and mobile based solutions for a wide range of eBusiness and eCommerce sectors.
Chief Executive Officer
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building with a Diploma in Management Studies, Paul has 35+ years of experience in construction and insurance, delivering customer focussed solutions across Europe and the UK. He led the MBO of MA Group in 2008.
Chief Operating Officer
A talented operations manager, Jorge is a Six Sigma Green Belt with a Diploma in Management and Leadership. He was a member of the MBO management team in 2008 and has been instrumental in the successful growth and development of MA Group.
Finance & Strategy Director
Teresa trained as a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from London Business School. She is a versatile businesswoman with 30+ years of business experience including senior finance and strategic roles in FTSE 100 groups. She joined MA Group in 2009.
Chief Commercial Officer
James has held a number of senior management and board level roles in the construction insurance sector over the past 20 years, joining MA Group in late 2017 to establish NHCC. He is a strong entrepreneurial professional with an MBA.
Supply Chain Director
Tony rejoined MA Group in 2020 after working as Network Director for a global loss adjuster. With an MBA and Fellowship of the Chartered Management Institute, Tony has always worked in construction and has 20+ years in insurance claims in senior roles.
Louisa is a Certified Financial Planner with 20+ years of insurance experience in operations, sales, compliance, training and development. Her Six Sigma and Cert CII qualifications support her skills in customer service and process improvement.
Deputy Supply Chain Director
Poppy joined MA Group in 2009. She has a BA Hons degree in Business Management and has gained the CII qualification. Her 11+ years of experience within the property insurance industry include 5 years spent working for a building contractor.
Sally-Ann is educated to degree level and has worked at executive level in FMCG and hospitality for many years. She organises a plethora of activities and events for the management team, clients, suppliers and staff. She joined MA Group in 2015.
