October 2022 update

All about our suppliers

This month our newsletter is all about our suppliers. We bring you the latest winners of the quarterly supplier awards and news on new recruits to the Supplier Performance management team. Unfortunately, we have had to rearrange our planned Annual Awards lunch for our suppliers, thanks to nationwide rail strikes – please see below for details on the new date.

Please look out for more news and developments from MA Group over the next couple of weeks. We will have some exciting announcements very soon, so keep following us on Linked-In and Twitter.

MA Assist Supplier of the Quarter September 2022

We are delighted to announce that the MA Assist Supplier of the Quarter for September 2022 is TruBuild Group Limited.

Louis, Shane and the team at TruBuild have had some excellent feedback over the last few months, and in particular have received high praise from some of our clients. They’ve only been on our network for a year, but they’ve quickly become a trusted and reliable supplier that we can always count on to perform well for us and our customers. They also go the extra mile to help us and always do it with a smile.

Well done to the Trubuild team.

Virtus Surveyor of the Quarter September 2022

Our Virtus Surveyor of the Quarter for September 2022 is Shaun Millen.

Shaun is always willing to assist where needed and has evolved the way he works to be aligned to the Virtus way of working. He is always on top of his reports which are of a good quality. He is approachable and always happy to assist with any queries we pass to him. He is also consistent in managing his WIP and goes the extra mile for Virtus.

Well done Shaun. Your champagne and certificate are on their way.

Revival Branch of the Quarter September 2022

And finally, we are delighted to announce that the Revival Branch of the Quarter for September 2022 is Revival Southern.

Revival Southern has been a consistent performer for our network and achieved 5 stars in the latest SDPI release. They have embraced the changes in Revival‘s way of working including the adoption of the meter readings, equipment management and the new contents management system, which they have taken to like a duck to water. Their NPS for last quarter was 89 with a return rate of 86% which shows they are providing a truly world class service to our clients.

Well done to everyone at Southern.

MA Group Annual Awards Lunch postponed

We are very disappointed to have to postpone our Annual Awards lunch until 17th January 2023. Unfortunately nationwide rail and London underground strikes are planned for our original date of 3rd November, and as people are travelling from all over the country we expect that it would be really difficult for them to attend that day.

Venue details and timings remain the same, as per the original invitations sent out. If you are unable to attend on this new date, please contact Sally-Ann Johnson to let her know.

And if you couldn’t make the original date of 3rd November but can now make the 17th January 2023 please let Sally-Ann know too.

MA Group MAD Awards

We are delighted to announce that Paul Czapski was our MADdest employee in September 2022.

Paul received some excellent feedback from colleagues about his performance on a claim which was problematic. He kept to his word and followed through on promises and communication with the customer, and managed to get a start date confirmed on this challenging claim.

This was great work, Paul, it really drives the correct behaviours of moving claims forward.
