NEWS
APRIL MARKED A SIGNIFICANT STEP FORWARD FOR MA GROUP.
In April we officially launched CLARA and MARV, two powerful innovations designed to bring greater clarity, consistency and confidence across the claims journey. Alongside this, we unveiled the new Magicman website, with MARV fully embedded at its core, giving instant, expert insight into surface repair viability.
Across the Group, we also introduced updated email footers to ensure a more consistent and professional brand presence and relaunched the MA Group Property Claims website to better reflect the transformation taking place across the business.
Taken together, these developments represent more than just updates. They signal a clear evolution in how we operate, how we support our people, and how we present ourselves to clients and partners.
SAY HELLO TO CLARA & MARV
CLARA – Contents Listing & Removals Application – Revival
CLARA is our AI-powered contents application, designed to bring calm, structure and accountability to one of the most sensitive stages of a property claim — the handling of a customer’s belongings.
After a fire, flood or escape of water, it is not just possessions that are affected. Customers often lose their sense of control. Traditionally, contents handling has relied on handwritten lists, scattered photos and inconsistent records, creating risk, delay and unnecessary stress.
CLARA changes that.
She digitally captures contents room by room, recording condition, triage status, photos and notes in real time. Every item is tracked through removal, cleaning, storage, disposal and return, maintaining a clear, auditable chain of custody throughout. The result is a complete, insurer-ready record, produced instantly.
Importantly, CLARA does not replace professional judgement. She supports it — removing administrative burden, improving consistency and ensuring nothing is missed.

MARV – Material Repair Validator – Magicman
MARV is our intelligent, client-facing repair validation AI and a digital embodiment of Magicman’s decades of craft expertise.
Repair decisions have traditionally been made using limited imagery and subjective interpretation. The result can be abortive visits, inconsistent outcomes and misaligned expectations. MARV brings expert certainty right to the start of the repair journey.
He analyses images of damage, identifies material type and severity, and predicts whether a repair is viable. From there, MARV defines the level of skill required and estimates time, materials and potential risk — giving clear, informed direction from the outset.
The result is simple. The right repairs, carried out by the right people, with the right expectations.
MARV is now fully embedded within the new Magicman website, transforming how clients and partners access and experience our expertise digitally.

RESPONSIBLE AI, Built In
The development of TREVOR, CLARA and MARV has been approached with care, rigour and responsibility.
Alongside their launch, MA Group has implemented a robust, group-wide AI policy to ensure that all use of AI is responsible, ethical and transparent — for our people, our clients and the customers we ultimately serve.
Our approach is built on a clear set of principles:
This framework ensures that innovation is matched with control, giving confidence that our technology enhances outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

This year, we brought everyone together at the excellent National Self Build and Renovation Centre — and it more than lived up to expectations.
From start to finish, the focus was clear. Sharing best practice. Raising standards. Introducing the next wave of initiatives — CLARA and MARV. And reinforcing the consistency that underpins great outcomes.
Having our branch owners and central team in one place created real momentum. Open conversations, practical ideas and a shared determination to keep improving.
A strong day. And even stronger foundations for what comes next.
REVIVAL AWARDS 2026

This is what great looks like. And it is exactly what continues to drive our standards higher.

The MA Group Charity Golf Day is fast approaching, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.
Join us on Thursday 11 June 2026 at the stunning Oxfordshire Golf Course, as we come together to support the incredible work of the Oxford Young Adult Clinic.
Expect a friendly but competitive round of golf on a world-class course, and don’t worry, you don’t need to be Rory McIlroy to take part. This day is all about enjoyment, networking, and making a difference.
The evening steps up a level with a drink’s reception on the clubhouse terrace, followed by dinner and a charity auction, expertly hosted by Arron James.
It’s a great event, for a fantastic cause, and we’d love you to be part of it.
