The MA Group Charity Golf Day is fast approaching, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.
Join us on Thursday 11 June 2026 at the stunning Oxfordshire Golf Course, as we come together to support the incredible work of the Oxford Young Adult Clinic.
Expect a friendly but competitive round of golf on a world-class course, and don’t worry, you don’t need to be Rory McIlroy to take part. This day is all about enjoyment, networking, and making a difference.
The evening steps up a level with a drinks reception on the clubhouse terrace, followed by dinner and a charity auction, expertly hosted by Arron James.

TREVORS GETTING A NEW FRIEND (and had a makeover)
It’s been a busy month of training across all Revival branches, as we gear up for the launch of CLARA.
CLARA is set to transform contents handling, bringing calm, clarity, and accountability to every stage. From room-by-room digital capture to tracking removals and storage, she creates insurer-ready evidence with a complete chain of custody. The result? Technicians focus on people, not paperwork, customers feel reassured, and insurers gain clear, defensible records.
CLARA will be officially unveiled at the 2026 Revival National Branch Meeting on Thursday 23rd April at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre, Swindon.

TWO MAY BE COMPANY, THREE IS EVEN BETTER!
As part of the strategic journey since joining the MA Group last July, Magicman is stepping forward with its own innovation — meet MARV.
MARV is Magicman’s AI repair validator. Using advanced image analysis, he identifies materials, assesses damage severity, and predicts repair viability, skill level, risk, and time, all before a technician arrives.
The impact is immediate: faster decisions for insurers, quicker answers for customers, and better-prepared technicians on site. The result? Fewer abortive visits and better outcomes all round.

REVIVAL
In February, Revival Technicians recorded an impressive 5,906 meter readings across 723 claims, enabling TREVOR to generate 2,927 scientifically predicted drying dates for individual areas and rooms within customers’ homes.
This level of consistent data capture, combined with TREVOR’s predictive analytics, continues to deliver real value — giving insurers greater certainty, enabling earlier decision-making, and supporting faster claim progression.
Encouragingly, Revival’s average drying time remained steady at 15 days, maintaining the strong performance seen throughout 2025. This consistency highlights the reliability of TREVOR’s modelling, even across changing seasonal conditions.
WELCOME ABOARD FIONA
We’re delighted to share that Fiona Richmond Smith has officially joined the Magicman Marine team.
Fiona has been a valued part of Magicman for the past two years and nine months, playing a key role within our bookings and enquiries team. Following plenty of hard work and dedication, she has now made the well-deserved move into the Marine division.
Her transition comes at an exciting time, with the launch of Reflex 360 and a renewed focus across the Marine sector. Fiona’s experience, energy, and commitment will be a fantastic addition as the team continues to grow and evolve.

BUCKS SKILLS FESTIVAL
MA Group was proud to support the Bucks Skills Show 2026, held on 4–5 March at Stoke Mandeville Stadium.
The event provided an excellent platform for people of all ages and backgrounds to explore future career pathways, discover new opportunities, and gain inspiration for the next step in their journey. It was fantastic to see such strong engagement from attendees keen to learn more about the wide range of roles available across our industry.
We were delighted to showcase the breadth of the MA Group, bringing together all of our brands and highlighting the variety of career opportunities we offer. A particular highlight was the interactive surface repair demonstrations delivered by our Magicman team, which drew great interest and sparked plenty of conversations throughout the event.
Events like this play an important role in connecting people with opportunity, and we’re proud to be part of initiatives that support skills development, career awareness, and future talent.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY
In March, Caitlyn Murray and Lisa Nelson represented MA Group Property Claims at the Leading with Purpose International Women’s Day conference in Marlow, hosted by Buckinghamshire Business First and the Institute of Directors.
It was a fantastic morning of networking, insightful conversations, and inspiring speakers, all sharing honest perspectives on purposeful leadership, leaving us both motivated and reflective.
It’s a timely reminder that at MA Group, diversity isn’t just a metric, it’s a competitive advantage. Diverse teams drive better decisions, greater creativity, and stronger connections to the communities we serve.

INTACT INSURANCE UK JOBS FAIR
On Tuesday 3 March 2026, Katie Thane, Head of Sales & Account Management, and Lisa Nelson, Head of Operations, attended the Intact Insurance UK Jobs Fair to support industry colleagues facing redundancy.
At MA Group Property Claims, we believe in doing the right thing, not just for our own people and customers, but for the wider industry. This event was a great example of collaboration, shared purpose, and genuine support, and we’re grateful to Intact Insurance for inviting us to be part of it.
Throughout the day, Katie and Lisa met a wide range of talented professionals exploring their next steps. Their resilience, professionalism, and enthusiasm were inspiring, and it was a great opportunity to share the career paths and opportunities available across MA Group.
We look forward to continuing these conversations and helping more of these skilled individuals find their next opportunity with us.

DAY AT THE RACES
Paul Hayman, CEO of MA Group, and Melissa Bridges, Managing Director of MA Group Property Claims, enjoyed a fantastic day at Cheltenham Races as guests of Safeline Environmental Limited – Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractors.
In a world increasingly shaped by AI and data, it was a great reminder that business is still, at its core, about people. Days like this highlight the value of face-to-face conversations — where relationships are built, strengthened, and made to last.

ILC NETWORKING LUNCH
MA Group was proud to be a Silver Sponsor of the I Love Claims Networking Lunch 2026, held on 27th March.
It was a fantastic event and a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with industry peers, and build new relationships. The I Love Claims community once again brought together some of the best people from across the sector, creating a brilliant atmosphere for conversation, collaboration, and shared insight.
From catching up with familiar faces to meeting new contacts, the day was a strong reminder of how important these moments of connection are in keeping our industry moving forward.
