We’re proud to share that MA Group has achieved CHAS Elite. Why does it matter?

Because in property claims and repair, trust is everything. Our clients need to know that the people stepping into their customers’ homes are operating to the highest standards, every single time.

CHAS Elite is the top tier. It goes beyond health and safety and brings together key areas like quality management, environmental responsibility and compliance into one clear, recognised standard.

In simple terms, it means:
• Less risk
• Stronger governance
• Proven compliance
• Confidence in delivery

For insurers and partners, it’s reassurance that MA Group is built to perform under scrutiny.

For customers, it’s knowing the job is in safe hands.

For us, it’s another step forward in delivering a better way.

If you’re looking for a partner that combines operational excellence with real accountability, let’s talk.

REVIVAL WORKING GROUP

While we’re proud to be experts in DR&R, what really drives our business is something equally important, listening to our people.

Following the success of our National Branch Meeting and the workshops across our branch network, we’re delighted to re-launch our Working Group. A team of six Branch Leaders, nominated by their peers to represent the wider network.

This group will play an important role in helping us shape what comes next, bringing forward ideas from across the network to help us grow stronger together.

Because for us, innovation isn’t only about technology. It’s also about how we:
• communicate more effectively
• share skills and learn from each other
• improve consistency across the network
• promote our business with pride
• and celebrate our successes as one team

At Revival, we genuinely value the insight, experience and ideas of our people, this working group is another important step in turning those ideas into action.

A huge congratulations to our nominated working group:

MIAMI BOUND MAGICMAN

We’re delighted to confirm that the executive leadership team from Magicman, Paul Hayman, Mark Henderson and Kris Martin, will be exhibiting at Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas on 9–10 June at Miami Beach Convention Centre.

As cruise refurbishment becomes as much a data and logistics challenge as a technical one, operators are under increasing pressure to deliver tighter turnaround windows, manage complex global schedules and maintain strict cost control.

That is where Magicman’s specialist hard surface repairs and the power of Reflex 360 come together.

Designed specifically for the realities of marine operations, Reflex 360 provides:
• Real-time programme visibility
• Faster approvals
• Transparent reporting
• Smarter scheduling
• Better operational control

Under the leadership of Kris Martin, and backed by Mark Henderson and the wider MA Group, the focus is clear: build a marine repair model that is scalable, transparent and commercially efficient.

As pressure on shipyard capacity continues to grow, operational intelligence is becoming a genuine competitive advantage.

REVIVAL – LLOYDS BANKING GROUP TRAINING

Amanda Bredesen and Darren Harper delivered Fire Damage Restoration training with at the LBG Field consultant national day earlier in May.

The engagement in the room was outstanding, with field teams asking great questions and sharing real claim challenges and experiences.

We covered the complete restoration journey:

🔥 Health and safety first
🔥 Fast action and triage
🔥 Residue behaviour & mitigation
🔥 Appropriate cleaning methods
🔥 Odour control
🔥 Contents restoration

One message sat at the heart of everything:

Restoration over replacement.

The best outcomes come from acting quickly, making informed decisions, reducing unnecessary replacement costs, and putting the customer at the centre of the claim journey.

A huge thank you to everyone involved for the fantastic interaction and collaboration throughout the day.

 BDMA CONFERENCE – SPONSORS

Revival is proud to be sponsoring the Insurance Technician of the Year award at British Damage Management Association Conference 2026 , a brilliant event centred on “Collaboration in a Changing World.”

That theme speaks directly to our vision for claims management and property restoration: using CLARA, MARV and TREVOR to support our people, strengthen customer relationships and enhance, never replace, human interaction.

It also reflects our commitment to ESG, with a strong focus on restoring over replacing wherever possible to reduce waste and deliver more sustainable outcomes for customers and communities.

We’re also thrilled to have branches nominated across

Whatever the awards outcome, we’re looking forward to celebrating with industry peers, championing innovation and being part of what promises to be a fantastic event.

 TOP 5%

We’re proud to have achieved an independently assessed ESG score through the Hellios FSQS framework that places us in the top 5% of suppliers.

For our clients and partners, this is more than a score. It reflects real commitment to:
🌍 Environmental responsibility

As expectations around ESG continue to rise, businesses need supply chain partners they can trust to deliver not just operationally, but responsibly too.

TREVOR IN ACTION – PERFORMANCE

Our Revival teams continued to demonstrate the power of data-led restoration.

🔹 4,727 readings captured

MA GROUP CHARITY GOLF DAY 2026

We’re delighted to be hosting our annual Charity Golf Day & Dinner on Thursday 11th June at the stunning The Oxfordshire Golf Club, all in support of our chosen charity, Oxford Young Adult Clinic (OYAC).

Set against the beautiful backdrop of one of the UK’s most prestigious courses, we’re looking forward to welcoming our guests for what promises to be a truly memorable day. The Oxfordshire never disappoints—with its immaculate fairways, championship layout, and (hopefully!) a touch of sunshine to showcase it at its very best 🌞.

The day will begin with a fantastic round of golf, followed by an afternoon of relaxed networking, and rounded off in style with a gala dinner.

A huge thank you to our generous sponsors:

Your support helps make this event so special and contributes to the vital work of OYAC.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone for a day of sport, connection, and fundraising for an incredible cause.

DRIVING FORWARD WITH SMARTER CHOICES

We’re pleased to announce the delivery of the first three vehicles through the MA Group Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme, marking another positive step in providing colleagues with flexible, cost-effective employee benefits while supporting more sustainable travel choices.

The first deliveries showcase the different routes employees are taking depending on their individual needs and lifestyles.

Reece Burke from CRC has taken delivery of a new BMW 3 Series Plug-in Hybrid, combining electric driving capability with the flexibility of a petrol engine for longer journeys.

Meanwhile, Adam Tansley, Head of Innovation, and Purmpal Taggar, Group Finance Director have gone fully electric, reflecting the growing confidence many drivers now have in EV technology, charging infrastructure, and lower running costs.

The MA Group Salary Sacrifice Scheme offers employees access to a wide range of vehicles with benefits including tax efficiency, servicing, maintenance and insurance included within one monthly payment.

It is great to see the scheme now live and delivering real benefits to our people, while also supporting the wider transition towards lower-emission motoring. We look forward to seeing many more deliveries over the coming months.
