MA GROUP ANNUAL AWARDS LUNCH
It’s back, bigger and better than ever before!
We are delighted to announce that our Annual Awards Lunch will be held on Thursday, 29th January 2026, in the City of London. This event will celebrate the very best of those who help private and commercial properties recover, benefiting insurers, home builders, social housing providers, build-to-rent developers, and cruise lines.
This year’s guest speaker is David Fishwick, the founder of Burnley Savings S Loans, but better known as “Bank on Dave.” He first captured the public’s heart through a Channel 4 documentary and more recently in two films about his ventures on Netflix.
Dave will not only be speaking at the event but also presenting the awards to our best-performing suppliers, licensees, technicians, and team members.
Aaron James will be returning to host this well-deserved celebration of the fantastic service our supply chain partners and team members provide day in and day out.
The date for your diary is Thursday, 29th January 2026. There will be a fantastic drinks reception from 12:30 pm.
We will be returning to the wonderful Chartered Accountant’s Hall, One Moorgate, London, EC2R 6EA.
Spaces are limited, and last year we reached capacity, so don’t hesitate to contact Sally-Ann Johnson at
sally-ann.johnson@maassist.com if you want to attend the highlight of the MA Group calendar.

Cllr Steven Broadbent, Leader of Buckinghamshire Council, addressed the attendees, discussing Buckinghamshire Council’s Economic Strategy.
An insightful panel discussion, chaired by Michael Garvey MBE, chair of Buckinghamshire Business First, featured local business leaders and Buckinghamshire Business Awards alumni, including our very own CEO, Paul Hayman.

RESTART A HEART
Our neighbours, NES Healthcare, located on the 2nd floor, hosted their annual “Restart a Heart” initiative on October 14th and 15th. This event is part of a global campaign aimed at teaching people the basics of CPR The initiative highlights an important fact, fewer than 1 in 10 people who suffer a cardiac arrest outside of a hospital survive, underscoring just how vital CPR training can be. Thank you to the 17 members of MA Group staff who attended this year’s initiative.
REVIVAL TEAM GET TOGETHER
We firmly believe that the small things truly matter. Consequently, we recently organised a relaxed drinks and nibbles gathering for our home and office staff right here in the office. These moments are crucial for building strong teams fostering connections and celebrating the incredible individuals who drive our organisation forward. It also provides a positive platform for team members to engage with our senior leadership team discussing any concerns or matters that arise. Let’s raise a glass to the little celebrations that cultivate a more connected motivated and open environment!
3RD ANNIVERSARY OF THE CHEMDRY ACQUISITION
October marked a significant milestone – our third anniversary of acquiring Chemdry. This transformative acquisition has propelled Revival into a new era of growth and
innovation. Over the years, our business has undergone remarkable change, becoming a nationwide leader in DRSR solutions with a strong focus on personal lines insurance and high-net-worth work. In the past year alone, we’ve achieved incredible progress including new strategic wins, key partnerships and the nationwide rollout of sponsored training.
These achievements are a testament to the relentless dedication and hard work of our exceptional branch network and Head Office team. This journey of transformation continues to inspire us as we build a brighter stronger future together.
MAGICMAN MAKE A GREAT IMPRESSION WITH HILTON HOTELS
Hilton Hotels UK Headquarters contacted Magicman because their Global CEO was due to visit within the week and the Breakfast Bar needed some TLC. Within three days technicians were on-site to perform perfect invisible repairs without disrupting office operations. The icing on the cake was the wonderful client feedback.
Morning Alan,
I wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for arranging these repairs so quickly. As you can see from the photos attached the repairslook fantastic and not only do they blend in perfectly, but the technician blended in perfectly too. Adam worked around our schedule and Team Members to make sure the repairs were completed without causing any obstruction or inconvenience in a live environment. I’m now confident that we can complete other minor repairs in working hours and will be booking in some more repairs soon.
Please pass on my thanks to Adam for the excellent repairs Kind regards
STORM SEASON HAS WELL AND TRULY ARRIVEDI
Over the past six weeks, storms Amy, Benjamin and Claudia have caused significant disruption. As a result, MA Group experienced a surge in demand for Virtus Validations and
Revival services. By swiftly providing our clients with the necessary supply chain support, we ensured their operations continued smoothly despite the storms and helped them support their customers during this challenging time.
Our rapid response and streamlined processes have not only helped our clients remain resilient but also demonstrated our strong performance and reliability in difficult circumstances. This proactive approach has further cemented our reputation as a trusted
partner capable of confidently navigating any situation. One client expressed their gratitude for our efficient response to the increased claims stemming from Storm Amy, stating, “They flowed through so quickly and efficiently it was like BAU – fantastic!”
FINANCE – OUR UNSUNG HEROES
As another year draws to a close, the Finance Team is preparing for an exciting and impactful period. Their key priorities are delivering a smooth audit, preparing a robust 2026 budget and securing insurance renewals for the coming year.
Alongside these essential tasks, they continue providing the reliable day-to-day support that keeps everything running smoothly. While they may work behind the scenes, their dedication ensures that together, MA Group will finish the year strong and set the stage for an even better 2026. Thank you.

In October, we welcomed two new members to the MA Group Control Centre: Farah Sarfraz and Kora Wootton.
Amanda Bredesen has joined the Revival central office support team as Head of Technical. Her wealth of experience and knowledge will benefit not only Revival branches but also our clients and policy holders.
Lisa Nelson has earned a much deserved promotion to Head of Operations
Dan Moscrop moves from Operations to Supply Chain, taking up a new position of Supplier Performance Manager.
So, it’s a mix of goodbyes, hellos and congratulations.
MAD – MAKING A DIFFERENCE
MAD in October
Adam Tansley
Adam played a crucial role in helping Magicman meet the deadlines for their first stocktake since joining MA Group. He developed a stock count application that accurately captures both van and warehouse inventory. This tool greatly enhances our ability to provide auditors with reliable and verifiable data for financial statement audits.
Remarkably, Adam managed this turnaround with impressive speed dedicating countless evenings and weekends to ensure timely delivery. His efforts truly exemplified our core values: Keep It Simple, Can Do Will Do Attitude and Flexibility.
Ben Mawby
Every month, Claims Managers and Team Leaders in the Contact Centre dedicate time and effort to support new starters, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
Recently, we received exceptional feedback about Ben:
“Throughout this entire process, I’ve relied heavily on Ben. He supported us through various training tasks and consistently checked in on my we/I-being even on days he wasn’t training us. I can’t express how much Ben has facilitated my learning and growth. He’s a true credit to MA and himself – an absolute legend! Every question I asked, Ben didn’t hesitate to help while encouraging me to try things independently. He instilled in me confidence and empowerment, ultimately boosting my confidence in the role. I also want to express my gratitude to everyone who supported me – Amy and Caitlyn were fantastic too.”
This marks Ben’s second MAD award in two months.
Despite his day-to-day responsibilities, Ben has gone above and beyond to create a positive experience for new starters. His actions demonstrated several MA Group core values: Keep It Simple, Can Do Will Do Attitude, Flexibility, and Support Our Staff.
Well done to both Adam and Ben – you are truly MAD!
